Being centrally located in a tertiary market like Corpus Christi, Josh chose to specialize in more than one aspect of the commercial real estate industry. His core business is made up of Industrial Sales/Leasing and Apartment Brokerage. In such a diverse market, this has proven to be a very successful combination.

Background & Experience
Josh joined the firm in the fall of 2004 and was afforded the opportunity to work in and learn the basics of each sector of the commercial real estate business. He has actively participated in: office sales and leasing, retail sales and leasing, land sales and development, easement and right of way acquisition, industrial sales and leasing, apartment brokerage, and other forms of investment property brokerage. Learning principles of each sector helped to give Josh a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate business at the “hands-on” level.
Prior to joining the firm, his entrepreneurial attitude provided him many opportunities to excel in local business. He has been heavily involved in the production and sales of livestock and livestock nutrition products in South Texas. He is also a licensed auctioneer in the State of Texas and has been involved in countless live auctions.
As a result of such diverse business activities, he has developed an effective style of personal communication as well as the ability to interact with people of all different backgrounds. His prior knowledge and entrepreneurial attitude shaped him for the intensity and focus required in the commercial real estate industry.
