Chandler Moreau

Chandler Moreau grew up in College Station, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi where he earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Minor in Economics.

After College, Chandler interned as an internal auditor for Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC). He then worked with Cravey from 2013 to 2014 where he specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. In 2015, Chandler went back to College Station to help the family floor covering business but knew Real Estate was his passion. In 2017, Moreau joined the Weitzman Group in Houston, Texas where he focused on Retail Tenant Rep. After Hurricane Harvey, he decided to start a construction company, MG Development. He moved to Rockport, Texas for roofing and construction. Now that he is back in the Coastal Bend, he has rejoined Cravey beginning 2018.
