Ex-Hertz Location Gets New Tenant

CORPUS CHRISTI — Equipment Depot has moved into the old Hertz Equipment Rentals location at Interstate 37 and Port Avenue.
The property was recently purchased by Waco-based KWM Investments, a transaction handled by NAI Cravey Real Estate Services. Equipment Depot, who moved from a site on Cantwell Lane, will lease the 2.14 acre property from KWM.
Equipment Depot sells, services and leases equipment. Since Equipment Depot is not in direct competition with the Hertz Corp., the future use was not an issue for the seller.
