As you know by now the family plans to re list the property with you.
While past sales were sometimes frustrating for all members of the family, complications must be true of any complex sale. You have smoothed the way on more than one occasion (the zoning and platting come to mind instantly) and probably in more ways than we know.
In short we do appreciate all of your hard work, and look forward to our future association.
Patricia and I would like to extend our thanks, both past and in advance, for working with a perhaps difficult family member. We cannot choose our relatives, so we are thankful we can choose our realtors.
