Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Meg brings a lifelong connection to the Coastal Bend along with a diverse academic background in Communications and Animal Science from Texas A&M University Kingsville. This unique combination equips her with strong analytical skills and a natural ability to understand and support the needs of business owners, investors and tenants across the region.
Meg earned her real estate license and launched her career with Cravey Real Estate Services in 2025, specializing in office leasing and advisory services. She assists clients with strategic planning, space utilization, lease negotiations and investment analysis, ensuring they receive clear guidance and thoughtful solutions tailored to their long-term goals. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail and genuine commitment to each client’s success set her apart as a trusted advisor.
