Every once and a while, you will be fortunate enough to come in contact with an individual who has the ability, knowledge, and integrity to work for an absentee lender, owner, and perform a very important function. This past year I have had the extreme pleasure of working with such an individual, Matthew Cravey of Corpus Christi.
